Becks Prime Houston: Delicious Burgers and Exceptional Service Await

I can't get enough of the burgers here. The chili cheese burger (minus the onion) is hands down my favorite – it's always perfectly cooked and loaded with flavor. What really makes this place special is the service. All of the staff is super friendly and always makes us feel welcomed. It’s one of those spots where you’re happy to come back because the food is great and the people are even better. Keep it up, you guys!

Beyond exceptional service here!!! They happily explained the menu in great detail made incredible suggestions. They gave me a buzzer since I was eating here so I went outside with the expectations for it to go off and get my food, instead it was brought outside by the kindest lady and served to me. She even came outside because she knew I had gotten a malt so she grabbed me some water without me asking which was very kind of her. Some of the best service I’ve had in awhile!

Always love Becks Prime they have great burgers. Very nice location has great large and scenic patio and a drive thru.

It's kind of hard to get into this place but once you're there it's beautiful I really love their huge patio and the lighting in the great big trees that shade you above it's quite nice especially at this time of year and the hamburger and food we had called Salad was off the charts

I love Beck's!! Been going here for years!! You can't beat their Mediterranean salad with their smoky grilled chicken. Be prepared to pay 23 for the salad and large drink (which are gigantic). With that said because of this, I only go once a month or less. Their service and the food quality is spot on every single time. Everything's fresh!!

Mr. Chris is super friendly, professional and polite! My husband’s burger was made incorrectly and he always feel awkward letting people know and taking it back. Mr. Chris didn’t make us feel uncomfortable or like we were bothering him. He got it remade and brought it out to us. He had a smile the whole time and even gave him a coupon for a free burger next time, which my husband greatly appreciated!

Big, juicy and filling burgers, handspun shakes and other fine American foods. Food is cooked to order, always hot. Customer service is top tier, usually clean restaurant and food quality portion is well worth the price. I’ve never had a bad meal at Becks Prime. Pictured is the California burger, cooked medium-well w/Guac, Swiss, added bacon and grilled onions. 5/5 burger joint. Will always be back

First and foremost let me say Osvaldo was amazing at explaining each burger and a great up seller! We decided to try the bills burger and the shroom burger with a side of truffle fries. Both burgers were outstanding! The fries are good as well, but I tried to eat them with honey mustard. The honey mustard did taste overly sweet in my opinion but it was still good.
